The salon was crowded with incredibly loud music which they refused to turn down despite repeated requests. Furthermore, despite booking an appointment I waited 30 minutes from that time to be seen and my stylist seemed to be dealing with three clients at once. Overall a very badly run salon and I won't be returning!
