Been coming to Ace for 2-3 years now. I am leaving the area so it was to be my last visit to the salon. There was a new girl there who was very nice but I feel she might need some supervision as she was unable to pull the strips of wax off my body averaging 2-4 attempts which was unpleasant. Around 30% of my hair was left and I was covered in wax which was also unpleasant to remove at home.
In general I have loved coming to Ace, but feel this lady needs supervision hence my review.
