Been coming to Ace for 2-3 years now. I am leaving the area so it was to be my last visit to the salon. There was a new girl there who was very nice but I feel she might need some supervision as she was unable to pull the strips of wax off my body averaging 2-4 attempts which was unpleasant. Around 30% of my hair was left and I was covered in wax which was also unpleasant to remove at home.
In general I have loved coming to Ace, but feel this lady needs supervision hence my review.

I would have given more stars but my overall experience was not worth of it.My hair cut looked nicely at instant ,I have asked for long layers,but because of the wet hair and the blow dry i couldn't notice the issues.my hair was more kind of chopped with the ends left blunt and not thinned,not shaped.Olga didn't take more than 5min to complete my haircut.My eyebrow threading and upper lip was also done extremely quick and I was not asked if I want cream on it (I have very sensitive skin).
