I really liked the lady and the foot massage was wonderful but I felt you didn't have the right equipment for removing smudged nail varnish on the skin and the finishing was botched thus had to remove the Polish and leave. maybe more training required and better lighting might help? I want to reiterate that the lady was really lovely but a shame the pedicure wasn't very good but very sweet to have offered to try and fix the situation but I didn't have any more time

I love Ace, they always make me feel welcome & relaxed. Nice range of nail colours & lovely coffee from the friendly staff. Will be back!

I went for a waxing appointment. While the staff were lovely, the job was not done to my satisfaction as once I got home I saw that not all hairs had been removed and they were very rough leaving me several small bruises and sore spots. Don't think I would go back again.
