Excellent eye brow threading and great customer service. Always worth calling ahead to make sure the Wahanda booking has been received by the salon's system though.

Ladies' Waxing
I booked a head massage that was supposed to last 1hr. When I got to the salon and was ready for a massage, the therapist informed me that it is 20mins long treatment. When I objected that I booked 45mins (my bad, I got it mixed up with my other appointment and as I was already lying on the massage table, I couldn`t check my phone). She went to check that with her boss and eventually she came back and told me it will be 45mins. I felt somehow cheated that they were not honest enough and tell the truth about the actual length of the treatment that was meant to be 1hr. Moreover, I wasn`t present during the conversation the therapist had with her boss, as she left the room and went to speak to him in private. Very unprofessional.
The treatment itself was ok. I have had better head massage at other places. So in the end, I didn`t really care that it only lasted 45mins.
