The hairdresser, whom i don’t remember her name scratched my scalp and was very harsh when washing my hair as she was using her long stiletto long nails to ‘massage’ my head. Then she asked me what haircut i wanted and i said i want to keep the length, trim the ends and have some layers to frame my face. She agreed and continued to chop off my front hair like i got a haircut in 2000. When i said it’s too short she had the audacity to say that’s what i asked. NEVER GOING BACK!

I go to this salon regularly to get my hair cut as the staff are so friendly there and the stylists are really professional and give good advice regarding what suits you and whether the cut you are having is the right style for you
