Came in to get rid of my blonde (had a balayage for a few years now), and wanted to dye my hair a light natural brown (to match my roots and natural hair colour). I ended up with very dark brunette hair, which washed me out completely. It didn’t match my roots at all, so I’ve now had to spend the last few days trying to undo my mistake and trying to get as much dye out as possible. Unfortunately not a very positive experience.
