Due to another unhappy customer, Sami was quite distracted during my appointment. My haircut turned out to be terrible, really wonky and badly layered. Not what I asked for. I had to go get it corrected elsewhere. Everyone in the salon was super friendly, but I wouldn't go back because I was not happy with my haircut at all.

Fantastic salon, fantastic stylists. He completely listened to what I wanted and did that and better. The staff are all lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough. Delighted. Will be back.

I'm really happy with my haircut, the owner was very welcoming and the atmosphere of the salon is great. This salon is a great addition to East Twickenham!
