When I arrived at the salon, I was told they were running 20 - 30mins late. In the current climate, they should have sent an me a message so I could have turned up 20 minutes later. In reality, I waited 50 minutes before Sammi was ready to treat me. To fill some of that time, I was given a free mask treatment, however this meant I didn't get a consultation before the hair wash. The final cut was pretty good, so I am happy with the end result, but didn't enjoy the overall experience in the salon.
