Sami is the most dedicated professional Stylist I’ve had the honour to meet in Richmond/Twickenham. My first visit, Sami listened to my needs, cut my hair with perfectly staged low layers, just as I had asked. The Blow dry was soft and bouncy, just as I like, with plenty of body! I was so in love with my first hair cut, I now am a regular client of Ace salon’s. I cannot recommend Sami enough. Plus the products -Nashu Argan- Divine Oils & Shampoo!

Due to another unhappy customer, Sami was quite distracted during my appointment. My haircut turned out to be terrible, really wonky and badly layered. Not what I asked for. I had to go get it corrected elsewhere. Everyone in the salon was super friendly, but I wouldn't go back because I was not happy with my haircut at all.

Fantastic salon, fantastic stylists. He completely listened to what I wanted and did that and better. The staff are all lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough. Delighted. Will be back.
