I was very nervous about going for the first time, especially when you need to get a Hollywood done! Iva greeted me at the door warmly and took me through. During the whole process, I've remained very professional but at the same time so caring and friendly helping me shift positions if needed. She made me feel very comfortable and we were chatting straight away, which made me relax. The result of the wax was great too. Very thorough

My first visit to Iva and wont be my last. She was extremely friendly and was the most pain free waxing experience I have ever had! Iva took time to show me in the mirror as she was going along. Was also pleased I was able to book last minute online and received such a friendly welcome from Iva. 100% recommend.
