Mark has helped me immensely with sports injuries, he has such a depth of knowledge and techniques to eliminate my lower back pain. Highly recommend.

Aryan immediately made a full assessment of my back condition and soon after started the acupuncture in my lower back. It’s a bit ticklish but not painful. Will come again!

I had my first sports massage with Active Care Clinic and described my symptoms. The clinician did some tests and identified the problem straight away, he showed what was wrong and explain how it was effecting my body. Within the massage it was explained that my calves were incredibly tight which could cause injuries and the clinician used all different techniques to loosen them. After the massage was completed, the clinician showed exercises to be done within the next few weeks before another.

Physio was very thorough, explained well what my issue was and how he would treat it. Sent my exercises that evening to start rehabbing my ankle. Taped me up and booked me in for a follow up appointment for a few days later.
