Great help, I was meaning to go for a maintenance appointment in a week or two but I had to go early as I done my shoulder at the gym. I couldn’t lift my arm above my head without being in agony, after this appointment it is a lot better, and I think a few more days and I will be back to normal, but I’m impatient so I might get another appointment in a couple of days 😜
