My treatment with Rob was exceptional. I've had reflexology with different practitioners for about 12 years on and off, and this was the most impactful session I've had. I would highly recommend Rob and will return myself .

A disappointing experience. Arrived at same time as me and took 10 mins to set up so appointment started 10 minutes late.
He was very disorganised and kept walking away during my treatment to rummage for things in his bag which put me quite on edge.
He called me the wrong name over 5 times despite me correcting him.
He used 1 cal cooking spray as massage oil which i found quite bizarre and unprofessional.
He did offer acupuncture as a free addition which was positive.
