A disappointing experience. Arrived at same time as me and took 10 mins to set up so appointment started 10 minutes late.
He was very disorganised and kept walking away during my treatment to rummage for things in his bag which put me quite on edge.
He called me the wrong name over 5 times despite me correcting him.
He used 1 cal cooking spray as massage oil which i found quite bizarre and unprofessional.
He did offer acupuncture as a free addition which was positive.

Rob was absolutely wonderful. Listened to my concerns, had a chat, gave a thorough massage, even including some acupuncture! We spoke a lot about some techniques to dull pain, as well as breathing techniques. Could not have had a better first experience here and will be back for many more. For the first time in 3 years, I actually sat up in bed without significant back pain the morning after my massage. Thank you, Rob.
