Humiliating and unprofessional!! Left feeling worse then when I came in , I tried to address the matter with staff who shrugged it off and told me to contact Treatwell directly. Staff refused to give me their names! Tried explaining I felt uncomfortable and just got ignored. I want a refund sorted ASAP.

Massage was quite good. Only thing was when a new customer came in they had to go and welcome them but I think this was due to short staff, otherwise 10/10.
