I have hip arthritis and had alot of muscle tension in the back in relation to competitive sports and gym. I was given a full consultation, and wasn't sure what I needed but Gemma advised Acupuncture and sports massage and explained why it would be helpful. The needling was virtually pain free as stated and the sports massage was amazing, just what I required. It was a pleasant surprise as I've had many similar massages (elsewhere) prior to this, which unfortunately weren't up to this standard. Gemma is extremely professional, compassionate, thorough and informative. I have since booked in for a regular course of treatments. Definitely improved my quality of life. Thanks Gemma and Aculife!
