Brilliant massage! Gemma was so lovely and the massage was brilliant she focused on the areas I told her I had pain, she also gave me feedback after and exercises I could do to help. I will definitely be coming back:)

Gemma is really great at sports massage and has a lot of experience of sports biology, she’s well informed and can advise you in muscle matters. I’ve definitely noticed that following my last appointment my posture has been better and I’m slouching less, thanks for the realignment

Excellent therapist. Really relieved the tension and stress in neck/shoulders/upper back muscles. Was also able to help with recovery of ongoing lower back issue. Would recommend to anyone, and will be booking return appointment shortly!
