Mel has a very good touch and is careful not to cause pain or discomfort. She is also helpful and thorough with her examination and extra tips for health. On top of this she is a lovely person.

The scar is almost invisible now, thanks to Melanie. I was expecting to be left with a long scar which would be very visible, so I am very pleased with the results.
