My daughter loved the experience- the cut and the quiet was really soothing to her. It was just us in there. Sylvia did a great job and my daughter is thrilled with her new style!
Girls' Haircuts
Communication was an issue, Sylvia didn’t understand what I was saying most of the time so I didn’t get the haircut I was hoping for.
There was no consultation prior to hair washing and I normally get asked if I want conditioner and I don’t even know if I had any.
Hair clippers were used around my ears and it ended up shorter than I asked for.
I’m used to having a chat about my hair cut, it took 15mins to cut my hair, it felt very rushed, not a relaxing experience.
