I have had my nails done professional for years, my regular technician was busy. I was concerned because it was the most unusual treatment probably because it was not taught in the uk. There was no formal routine which was not a problem but some of my nails are not level. Also the base cost of polish was applied haphazardly I did not realise until I left the premises that the cuticle bed had been flooded and there was base cost on my cuticles. However the top coat of coloured polish is good !
