This was a surprise late Christmas/Birthday gift from a friend. I had no idea about it. I'm not really one for any beauty treatments because of sensory issues but Alana was reassuring, kind & a fantastic conversationalist that put me at ease & gave me confidence. Salon is cosy with no continuous footfall, so no interruptions. For 2 hours I had a full, detailed & professional manicure, nails polished & a clear varnish applied, hand/wrist massage & eyebrows tidied up & hennad. Highly recommended
