Have been having eyelash extensions for many years. 1st time I had them applied with bare hands. No use of any tools. Not seen her washing her hands prior. No gloves. I asked about the tools but she assured me this is her style. I gave her benefit of a doubt and already had a few lashes glued on so continued.She came out of the room a few times touching environment, not once i saw her washing hands or using a sanitiser. Procedure lasted abrox 20 mins, lashes about 5 days. Would not recommend.

My head, neck and shoulder massage was alright, the place was pretty empty and all staff were lovely. But in the room they could play some calming music when getting your massage done
