I was really disappointed with the results. There was polish left around multiple nails and a lot of dead skin still on the bottoms of my feet — they actually looked worse than when I walked in. That said, the cuticles were done quite neatly, even though the process was a bit painful. Overall, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

Loved the facial, skin feels great two days in. A nice deep clean up was done. I prefer black head extraction was done with modern methods as after a long steam session and the painful device I couldn't relax well. Massage was lovely and products felt good. One major issue I had was how thin the walls were. I felt like people were standing next to me and talking and could hear everything though they were outside the door or in next room and it got noisy so not very relaxing.. Still recommend it
