Overall the experience was nice and great value for money. There isn't much parking near as it is in the town centre so ensure that you allow yourself enough time before the appointment to find somewhere. The back massage started off quite relaxing, it went on for a little while & i would have liked it to be a bit harder but when i told her some areas that i would like her to work on she worked on them nicely. The head massage was ok to but quite soft. The noise from the street came in through the window e.g. motorcycles and ambulances but as the place is in the middle of town it can't really be helped. If you are looking for complete peace it might not be for you. I'd come again :)
