She didn't know I had made a booking and seemed annoyed that I had turned up. She didn't brush my eyebrows before threading and didn't ask what shape I wanted. When she finished, she didn't ask if I was happy. She just wiped on some solution and said she was done. Poor customer experience, wouldn't go again.
