Although the staff were lovely the massage was very disappointing. I explained I had shoulder and arm pain and that's why I booked a deep tissue massage. The massage was a very.light touch soft massage, I requested more pressure but it was still very soft. This should not be advertised as deep tissue but a tranquil massage. Also massage bed is next to wall so therapist couldn't access that side at all and no hole for face which made it really uncomfortable. Gutted!

The staff was really apologetic, but I believe that my responsibility to other customers and Treatwell is to report any positive or negative experiences. Unfortunately, this time it was the latter. I booked eye brow threading, I was not seen by the lady with whom I should have been, she threaded out a clump of my eyebrow so now I have a gap between the front and end (like a shaved patch), then, without a patch test, she tinted both eyebrows (very sloppy job as well) to try and vet the bold patch but was unsuccessful. I did agree to tinting it again, but I thought it would just be that one area. Unfortunately, it was both eye brows. I still believe think that she should not have done it without a test patch, as could have been allergic to the tint they use. Anyway, it was not a pleasant experience and I will not use their services or recommend them to anyone.

Staff were friendly, just didn’t feel really tidy. With harmonica doors-so didn’t really feel soundproof which didn’t help with the ambience. Also the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling wasn’t comforting when looking up.
