It was my first time to Addlestone Therapy having recently moved to the area and it was perfect. The staff were very professional and welcoming, and took the the time to explain the facial in full. I felt welcomed and had the full attention of the staff, they definitely make you feel special and not just another customer. I’ve already booked my next treatment for the following week!
Facials - CACI
Linda is fantastic as always. Unfortunately this time for whatever the reason, the wax hasn’t removed as much hair as usual, so I will still need to shave. Usually not an issue
Brazilian Waxing
I just had a massage done today. The staff are very nice and polite. The space is very tidy and clean. However two aspects were a bit low for me personally. First the room were I had the massage was quite cold, bearing in mind I only had my underwear on and a little tower to cover my legs, I couldn’t feel comfortable at all. And, also didn’t feel great relief after the massage (I know it hurts and I am ok with that because usually at the end it’s sore but I feel instant relieve of tension. This didn’t happen this time it’s very sore and I was not adviced on what to do next or if I need more massages and what type). The therapist, however, found my muscles problems straight away and recognised the trouble areas quickly.
