Had my eyebrows threaded and had booked a manicure. I turned up late and they were really good about it. Tidied my eyebrows and did an amended manicure which they charged me less for when really they could/ should have charged me full price. Nails are good and eyebrows good. Would definitely go back as they aren’t expensive and did a decent job.

Good treatment generally which works well. Friendly staff. Would have been even better with slightly more "relaxing" and softer ambiance in the salon and treatment room.

Naomi is absolutely lovely and she made me feel very comfortable, however, I had the LVL lash lift treatment done a few days ago (and this is not my first time having the treatment done, but it is the first time having it done at Addlestone Therapy) and it was completely pointless. My lashes look exactly the same, they have not lifted at all and it was a complete waste of money. Every other time I’ve had it done it has lifted really well and has lasted for so long. I’m now having to book an appointment somewhere else and get them done AGAIN as when I got them done here it has made no difference. It is a shame as Naomi is so nice and she explained everything properly as she was doing it so I would’ve definitely returned had it worked, but the treatment itself just did not perform. Lovely place and lovely staff but the treatment is rubbish.
