The lady whom did the wax was very friendly. However, because I was 5mins late, she told me it would have to be rushed and rushed it was because I realised that my lower legs and part of my thighs still have plenty of hair. Sometimes, the beautician will ask for the client to have a look before moving into another area but this was done on this case and even as she was doing the wax, I kust knew that some parts were missed and this was confirmed once I got home.

The most amazing head massage with my wash left me feeling really relaxed and Sarah was great at advising me on the best cut for my face shape and the amount of time I spend styling my hair.
