Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I was disappointed with the experience. The facial was fine but nothing special. I found it odd that the therapist left the room for ten minutes after applying the mask and this really disrupted any feelings of relaxation. It could have been an opportunity to give a head/hand massage. I was also not offered a drink of water or given any info about the facial or even the therapists name until I asked. It also felt quite rushed at the end despite there being more time left.
