This was booked as a present for my sister and they pampered her and made such a fuss of her. They even accommodated an extra treatment when she arrived. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a lovely facial and the lady who so gentle and kind and made sure I was comfortable at all times and always explained what she was doing and why, my face was soft a d glowing I would recommend this but the only thing I was upset about and I should of questioned it was that I paid £65 for 2 hours and 15 mins which is advertised on this website I was in there for 1hour and 35 mins I got seen at 150 (10 to 2)and I came out at 330

Generally quite disappointed with this particular treatment. Normally, I am used to excellent service from this salon, but this time they were running late, despite the fact that I had a booking, the stylist insisted she use straighteners to curl, when I wanted blowdry curls and she drenched my hair in hairspray which made it ‘crispy’ - and the curls didn’t last at all and went flat after an hour or so. Disappointed and won’t be returning for this treatment again.
