Wouldn’t recommend for an authentic Japanese head spa. The consultation was very surface-level (she said “oily” before, “clean” after) and felt gimmicky. The head massage was inconsistent with no technique, and the waterfall rinse wasn’t even used (so disappointing)! I booked Deluxe expecting a face massage, but this wasn’t done until I asked after. Only positives were the hot stone and foot massage. Also, prepare to dry your own hair afterwards if you don’t book a blow dry. Not worth the price
