Yesterday, I visited the salon for the first time. A friend recommended Michelle for nails, so I specifically booked an appointment with her. They told me that she is not available and someone else took over. The person mentioned it was her first time working at the salon. Sadly, very disappointed. The manicure wasn’t done professionally. However, that wasn’t the only issue. Despite prepaying £40 for a basic manicure, they told me I needed to pay extra!
I don’t think I’ll ever return the salon.

Sadly the nail tech let her emotions get the better of her and did a terrible job. I asked her to recreate a design she had done before but she didn’t listen so I had to ask her colleague to explain. This must of upset her because she then did a terrible design. Sadly I won’t be returning.
