Not polite. Poor customer service. Did a completely different design to what was asked.

Sadly the nail tech let her emotions get the better of her and did a terrible job. I asked her to recreate a design she had done before but she didn’t listen so I had to ask her colleague to explain. This must of upset her because she then did a terrible design. Sadly I won’t be returning.

Booked hammam and relaxing massage at Adore, with my friend on her birthday and it was the best spa experience! Nof at the reception made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in. Khadija, the lady who did our hammam went above and beyond to give us the best hammam experience. We felt relaxed, rejuvenated and very well looked after. Cannot recommend enough!
