I started going here regularly as the range of services are so vast and it's easier to get everything done in one place. The staff are exceptionally patient and friendly, I would recommend Adore to anybody who lives in London!

There were some scheduling issues which led to the massage therapist being double booked. This led me unattended mid-treatment for an undisclosed amount of time, which was disappointing.
The hammam itself was great, although there is a lack of dressing room/changing facilities there.
The staff were gracious around dealing with issue but but were not able to provide an explanation of how this happened.
I won’t be returning because the overall experience was not up to my expectations.
