Good experience, I was coming from work so wanted a peaceful appointment. The lady was good but was using the nail drill the wrong way so it kept catching on the ends of my nails, she would have removed the top layer easier the correct way. The gel also didn’t have time to soak off properly so she then filed the rest off which, in my experience, I’ve been informed this causes more damage. She was thorough with buffing my nails and added a treatment.
