Great wax with Alessandra. Checked temperature was ok, was thorough, and friendly. Only improvement would be to press on the skin after waxing the most painful parts to help ease the pain a little. Wax overall was as pain free as they can be though

I wasn’t that impressed, took too long to wash the wash , when blow drying , the heat from the hair dryer was burning me at times and I had to move my head to let her know. The curls did not come out good . Not happy at all.
