The woman who gave me the wax was lovely and so polite however it hurt and sometimes took a few goes to rip it off which was painful. I’ve had a lot of waxes that are painless and easy and this wasn’t one of them, don’t be deceived by the nice decour of the place. However the woman was lovely but I have to be honest about the process. It also took 50 minutes!!!
