Beautiful space, and accommodating staff.
Unfortunately the ambiance was not great, I could hear other guests loudly throughout the beginning of my massage.
In the middle of the treatment someone began trying to force the door open. The therapist then let this other woman in a swimsuit in, while I was half-nude on the table and she proceeded to enter and take items from a cupboard before she left. With the limited space in the room, the interruption within the treatment was very uncomfortable.

I had a great experience my therapist was reassuring and thorough. The only thing I would suggest is that they add hooks to the rooms to hang clothes. Otherwise the venue was really good, clean and calming. Will definitely come back again for another wax.

Part service missed out. The therapist lied & said she had given it all but she hadn’t. The manager was polite when made aware of issues but I felt brushed off by all 3 staff members on the day. Part refund given but I was made to feel like a liar.
