I booked a last minute haircut, and was more than pleasantly surprised with the service! Genuinely, I think this might be the best haircut I have gotten in London. Erika was super nice and really cared about making sure I was getting the look I wanted at every stage of the haircut. I definitely will be returning!

The salon was really nice and modern. There was a high level of cleanliness which made it easy to unwind. My massage therapist was really knowledgeable and took time to ask me if I had any focus areas. Overall really good experience.

I arrived to the center on time, and was told to wait downstairs. No one came to for 10 minutes, I had to go upstairs and ask until they finally invited me in. even though the lady was already free. The lady didn’t event know what we are doing and she barely spoke any English so it was hard to explain what I need.
There was no separate music in the room so we put the music from the ceiling which was very loud - not relaxing at all. She didn’t warm me or anything just went straight in-not norma
