I was really disappointed in my gel spa manicure. During the removals of my previous gels, the team member was overly aggressive and often used the tool on my skin whilst trying to work on my nail bed.
The polish application was not great, there were bumps and mismatched layers with edges not meeting. I was truly disappointed in my manicure, and although the staff were pleasant and the salon felt clean, the manicure itself was definitely not work the £47 price tag. Price did not match execution

Overall wax was Ok. Still left with some hair and stubble and wax struggled to come off at times as lady did not pull it off correctly all times.

Had a gel manicure, but although the salon experience was great I’ve a chip on the edge of my thumbnail just 24 hours later! Really not what I was expecting.
