Good overall experience, however, I never have my treatment on time always running late or asked to wait which is annoying when you've booked n advance and have a schedule you need to keep to.

Within 4 hours after washing my hands the gel just peeled off my nails. After having spoken to another therapist my nails were not done properly which is why they peeled off. It was inconvenient having to come back when I need to find childcare in order to do so. Thankfully when I came back they happily redone the whole set after looking at how poorly it was done in the first place. The second therapist did a great job.

The staff are so awkward and make you so uncomfortable when having your appointment, at least the lady I got.
