Very good overall!
Although I was reminded that I had short nails quite frequently through-out, which made me feel self conscious, especially considering I don’t think my nails are that short. However, the process and everything else was very good, even got my brows threaded and for the price it’s very affordable!!

Awful experience. The lady at the desk didn’t have my booking and implied I hadn’t actually booked until I showed her the booking confirmation. I had bruises on my leg so asked for these not to be waxed…the lady who was doing this caused me a lot of pain I requested to have another lady come in. Was charged for a full leg when my full legs were not waxed as wasn’t needed. 2nd bad waxing experience I’ll be sure to not come back or recommend to anyone.
