Shockingly bad. Wanted them to take off my gel as it was going so bad but didn’t want to spend anymore time there. Ruined my nails.

Got my intimate area waxed by Mani and she made me feel so comfortable. She was easy to talk to and always made sure I was okay! Very good experience, I’ll be coming back again :)

I recently went for a hot wax Brazilian at adorn lakeside and was appalled by how I left the shop. The lady doing my wax clearly had no idea as she wasn’t letting the wax dry before ripping it off so I was in constant agony as she was flicking the wax off and pulling each hair 1 by 1. I’ve had plenty of wax’s and know this is not how to do it. I’ve left with rashes and still loads of hair. I had to keep asking for her to redo areas as it basically looked the same as when I walked in. I really don’t recommend this place for any intimate waxing. Will never be returning for any treatments.
