I have always has a french bikini line done and this was the third time i have used Adorn. However on this occasion the therapist was very difficult and kept saying i was asking for Brazilian when i wasn't. This will be the last time i visit this salon was far too stressful when i asked to speak with a manager i was told there wasnt one until Monday. This was the worst experience i have ever had and i hope this feedback is recorded as a formal complaint.

My therapist was truly lovely to speak to and I enjoyed having my nails done. However looking at my nails afterwards and I think my cuticles could have been trimmed further. They still look untidy after the manicure and I think it looks as though I did it myself, and I'm not very good.

The lovely lady who waxed my legs and under arms was superb! She made me feel comfortable. I’m a long time waxer, I can honestly say her waxing really was one the best! Would 100% recommend.

Just some advice to others, if you book an appointment at 11am on Sunday don't expect it to start promptly at 11am. Don't think I got seen to until 11.20am mainly to them opening up just after 11am, having to wait outside for a further 5 minutes before I was invited in and with having two treatments booked and prepaid made me late for my plans in the afternoon. Otherwise I can recommend.
