Quite pushy at up selling but overall good treatment

Although the therapists were lovely and the treatment was completed to a good standard - the salon was really dirty. There was a carpet near the sitting area which was full of hair and debris. There was stain on all the plug sockets and walls and there was dirt all around the edge of the walls.
When getting a beauty treatment, you want to feel pampered but the salon was so dirty, if I hadn’t pre-paid I wouldn’t have stayed!

Unfortunately my experience was tarnished due to feeling ripped off because I paid £5 more online for a treatment rather than the salon rate which I feel was really in poor taste!!! Why - please explain - is booking online more expensive!!! (15% more!) Also if it was more expensive why wasn’t I made aware of this!!!! Really unacceptable!!!!
