Unfortunately my experience was tarnished due to feeling ripped off because I paid £5 more online for a treatment rather than the salon rate which I feel was really in poor taste!!! Why - please explain - is booking online more expensive!!! (15% more!) Also if it was more expensive why wasn’t I made aware of this!!!! Really unacceptable!!!!
