wouldn't recommend, staff customer service is very bad and they arent professional at all! i went for a hollywood they took 10 minutes to do this! asked for the manager and got one of her staff that looked like they didnt want to do it. they left hair is quite a few places and had to go over this myself! many more things i could go om about but would be to long!

The lady who did my lashes had no customer service skills and BURPED IN MY FACE during the middle of the appointment. The eyelash extensions are very glue heavy, I had to cut the glue out after my after my appointment. They look cheap, I paid £85 for them and they look like crap

not a Brazilian, this treatment felt extremely rushed, as if she had another customer, but the place was empty. Hairs left behind, and to top it all off this treatment simply isn’t a Brazilian. No strip left, lips aren’t done, and the top entirely taken off. Such an ugly result, but apparently this is the ‘Adorn’ way of doing a Brazilian. If you’re wondering why the pricing is so good it’s because minimal work is done and there is just no time or care to easing you into the process. The wax lady kindly tried to rectify the issue for me, but after calling her boss he still wanted me to pay an extra £10 to have a wax that was originally cheaper - No surprise that this place isn’t run by a woman. 6 years of waxing, worst experience yet.
