Really good. Sapna really put me at ease as I have had some unpleasant experiences in other beauticians. She did a nice job and it wasn’t as painful as what I have experienced in other beauticians. I had hot wax which is another £10 more but I think it’s worth it. Less ingrowing hairs. If you want the waxing done around your bottom and lips you should book a Hollywood.

wouldn't recommend, staff customer service is very bad and they arent professional at all! i went for a hollywood they took 10 minutes to do this! asked for the manager and got one of her staff that looked like they didnt want to do it. they left hair is quite a few places and had to go over this myself! many more things i could go om about but would be to long!

The lady who did my lashes had no customer service skills and BURPED IN MY FACE during the middle of the appointment. The eyelash extensions are very glue heavy, I had to cut the glue out after my after my appointment. They look cheap, I paid £85 for them and they look like crap
