Leg wax was really quick & thorough, staff were friendly. Nails didn’t go all the way to the cuticle so will grow out quickly and have already chipped

One very rude lady called Poonam who seemed to want to be right and try to give me a lecture even though I showed her evidence of their false advertising. Full body wax on treatwell does not match their website!!
Massage was good and conducted by a lovely lady called Harpreet.
Waxing was very quick by Fatima but she did some little areas, seemed a little rushed.
I will be writing to the management, however in its current state I wouldn't recommend this place.
