One very rude lady called Poonam who seemed to want to be right and try to give me a lecture even though I showed her evidence of their false advertising. Full body wax on treatwell does not match their website!!
Massage was good and conducted by a lovely lady called Harpreet.
Waxing was very quick by Fatima but she did some little areas, seemed a little rushed.
I will be writing to the management, however in its current state I wouldn't recommend this place.
