Price quoted when I booked was then raised when I came to pay. Tried to argue this but didn't get anywhere. Very unprofessional. Not a full manicure. very few shellac colours to choose from.

On arrival was asked for my e-mail but they wouldn't accept the confirmation e-mail so i had to search for the original e-mail with price. Girl who did my treatment wasn't sure what was included in the treatment/price and would tell me one thing but was then corrected by the manager. The girl was pleasant enough but the manager was rude and ignorant. Treatment didn't work and I left feeling disappointed.

I arrived promptly for my appointment, however was asked to wait 10 minutes or come back later in the day - despite booking a slot.
I said i would wait 10 minutes. I was then taken into the treatment room after 15 minutes only to wait a further 5 minutes. My wax was booked for 11am - we didn't get started until 11:25.
Further to this, the Hollywood wax clearly states on the window of the store and on treat well as £25 - however both times i have been asked to pay the additional £15 as i am having the hot wax.
Reluctantly i pay it as the wax is actually incredibly well done. She does the whole hollywood wax in 3 sections! super fast and the longest lasting wax i've had.
Has the potential to be a 5* - just a few iffy points.

Great little salon, so conveniently located for a shopping trip. I was early for my appointment but was seen right away and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It's always tough having Shellac removed but my therapist was gentle and very considerate to my feelings throughout!
