Popped in here for a last minute soak off and french gel manicure before my holiday and while I wasn't expecting a red carpet a lot more effort can be made to make this a pleasant experience and keep customers coming back. I wasn't offered a drink of anything and there was no music. The soak off was good, the technician used a wooden board rather than a metal scraper to get rid of the previous gel which was much gentler and not so uncomfortable. The french manicure i had was a good standard but upon getting home i realised the bases of my natural white nails were showing through on a few fingers which led to me having the gel removed earlier than i would of done. I would highly suggest that they have some nice chilled music playing and offer customers drinks :)

Had a deep cleansing facial last week at Adorn and it was fantastic. I couldn't fault anything- the staff were friendly, the premise clean and I felt totally relaxed whilst being pampered. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! 5**
