I've had some very mixed experiences with this place but the quality is generally good. On my last visit the waxing I had was pretty thorough, with few patches. The member of staff I met with was friendly and efficient.
However, the handwritten signs to 'clean yourself' before waxing are awful, and make me question both the professionalism of the staff in general and their typical clientele.

Very painful but that's because I did waxing, however the staff was friendly and I would go back.

This was the second time I went for this Aromatherapy massage. The environment is the same good but it was a different staff. I am rather disappointed this time as the service was not as good.
