I booked a Brazilian wax with Adorn Beauty in Slough, and I won't be going there again. At first I was drawn there because of the low price, but in practice was the worst wax treatment experience I've ever had. The facility itself was not very inviting, and the waxing room was bare and walls were filthy. The staff member doing my wax didn't give me any privacy or time to gather myself before the wax (and after. she opened the door before I was finished getting dressed form the waist down), and it ended up being the most painful wax I've ever had. A Brazilian is supposed to take at least 15-20 min, it took her less than 10 min to finish my entire wax. She also didn't ask me what I wanted for my wax and didn't make me feel comfortable whatsoever, she just started waxing me completely bald and expected me to endure it. Yes getting strip wax for a Brazilian is more painful than hot wax, but not that much more. She yanked and pulled so hard on the strips and at such a pace that it left bruising on the inside of my bikini crease, and then blamed it on the hair being too long when it wasn't at all. The bruising eventually faded away, but it has definitely put me off getting a wax there again. You get what you pay for and not in a good way.
